The illegals weren't a part of his bloc cause they couldn't vote, but watch out for fast track amnesty to make it so they can. Hardly makes sense to me because I've worked side by side with them in auto and construction and they're hard working, family-oriented, conservative so far as I can tell.
They've mostly fled corruption and totalitarianism from what I hear so why can't conservatives speak to them? In my utopia, Barry gets a big sack in the face when my southern brothers suddenly get legal and vote conservative because they know what the American dream is about better than 4th and 5th generation established citizens. Thing is the illegals can vote, Just when I went to vote there were about 4 in front of me, No ID of any kind, DL, SSC, Nothing, and when I took My Wife back same thing only more, They vote the same way they get other benefits, like meds. and food stamps. I agree that they are not all bad, Hard working, Family first, and I know allot of them that do things "right" by me, But I know just as many if not more that I have done construction and snow removal that are very proud of the fact and actually boast about it that they are getting checks from the contractor and the gooberment because they are "under the table" using different names and things like that, They are very proud of the fact that they can "play the game" and outsmart the feds. And this is Exactly why Mr. Obama is having a fit about states like Az. and Ok. they are getting rid of his supporters, They not only rely on Government hand outs but they want more of them So they vote for the guy that is most likely going to do that for them and He knows it. Long story short these people are smart and there are so many that You just can't keep track of all the dead baby birth certificates, and they are using the flaws in our own system against us. Same with allot of white trash, and trailer trash, not just mexicans.

I just watched fox news and the Sheriff of one of the border counties in AZ was on defending the bill...he said they have an atrocious amount of these types of crimes and it is almost entirely due to illegal immigrants.

Obama promises them amnesty so they love him for it. he opposes the AZ law and they love him for it.

that is how obama won, he promised everyone health care, he promised not to raise taxes on about 90-95% of all Americans, he promised to end our wars and bring our troops home, he made a lot of promises without really saying how we was going to get it accomplished...he won.

The best way to make ourselves secure from terrorists entering the country is to make sure we can stop them from using the border-hopping mechanism to enter. We know they've tried to enter through Canada, but one was intercepted at the border by an alert BP officer.
We have huge amounts of sensing gear on the border with Mexico, long range infrared cameras, seismic monitors, helicopter patrols, fence and patrol roads. The problem is there are so many coming across that we can't intercept them all. Coyotes will dump many people out at the same time, so that some will make it through.
So the solution is to stop having people enter the country illegally in such huge waves that we can't stop it. If the only people trying to run the border were terrorists, then the resources we have on the border would be better work. We'd catch a much higher percentage.
The same problem exists for smuggling. We worry about what could happen if someone smuggles in NBC materials. We are spending billions on scanners for cargo containers to try and reach 100%. Radiation detectors are being placed around cities to create virtual nuclear "fences." Yet every day how many tons of Marijuana comes over the border from Mexico? How many pounds of coke and whatever other drugs? The smugglers keep innovating solutions. The sheer volume makes human and signals intelligence a nightmare, right? What if terrorists decide to build a semi-submersible to bring their payload in, because they learned from the drug cartels.
Maybe I just read too many Tom Clancy and Neal Stephenson books.
