I've heard rumors that he no longer owns the Phantom Canyon brew pub in downtown Colorado Springs.
I really hope this is true because I could go for a Stout and some of their Gouda Cheese Soup but I'm not going there if its going to be a campaign donation for the Hickster.
Anyway, I don't find any news stories or anything else on the net saying he sold it, so I assume it'll be off limits to me.
You can go to the Colorado Secretary of State: http://www.sos.state.co.us/pubs/business/
Then click on search business data base. Type in the name, pick the place you want, then dig around.
I didn't spend a ton of time looking, but here is the link with other links to look further.

According to the latest document released (12/2009) the registered agent is still Wynkoop Holdings, Inc. I don't know if that has anything to do with Hickenlooper or not.
As I understand it, he has a blind interest, meaning he has no operational role but still recieves monitary benifits...

Apparently he sold his interest in Wynkoop Holdings
http://www.realbeer.com/blog/?p=628
Which might be the source of the rumor that he no longer owns Phantom Canyon ... although that is still unclear.
So I went here (http://www.phantomcanyon.com/contact-us/) and just asked ... I'll post whatever answer I get (if any).

Here's the response I got from Phantom Canyon
Hi Mike-
Wynkoop Holdings Inc. acquired mayor Hickenlooper’s shares back in 2007 or 2008. If you need more info, please contact Lee Driskoll at the corporate office.
Thanks

When the original crew left years ago, I felt the food improved and the beer generally got erratic. While the porter has held up well, they've screwed around with the IPA to the point I have little reason to go there if there's no open patio seating. The IPA is now 'occassionally quite good'.
That and no one is apparently capable of pulling or cares to pull a full pint off the hand pump--often shorting a pint by over 2 ozs, which cranks me when they charge a good premium for the IPA.
I give them big points for 1) keeping the hand pumps, 2) sticking to their guns and not serving ale at lager temperatures, and 3) changing the menu around enough to be interesting, not so much as to be an irritant.
It was a good 10-12 year run...great for any restaurant.
I couldn't care less who has money invested in it. I'm pretty dern sure I've put more money into it than Hickenlooper did anyway. ;)
