If it wasn't for the heat I might think about moving...

"The measure prohibits classes that advocate ethnic solidarity, that are designed primarily for students of a particular race or that promote resentment toward a certain ethnic group. It also prohibits classes that promote the overthrow of the U.S. government."

Good luck with that one. At least until we throw some of these chumps out of our local governments.

Read the comments and you'll understand why we are where we are today.

A bunch of libtards rattling off about how this law is racist, white supremacist, etc.

don't read them unless you feel like being SERIOUSLY pissed off.

I only read the one at the top about being a proud Mexican and how a cop can stop you while swimming and ask for your greencard [ROFL2], and was done with that shit.

Interesting how something that is designed to be specifically anti-racist, if if doesn't cater to specific ethnic groups will get labeled "racist".

Our logic in this country is backwards.

Swimming where? the Rio Grnade?

Yep, it's pretty awesome down here. If it wasn't for the fact that it's 115 in the summer and Phx has zero culture I wouldn't be moving back to Colorado in two weeks.

You should see the backlash down here. All kinds of idiots with paint on their car windows hating on 1070. I get called a racist pretty much every single day now because I support 1070. There is a lot of hostility to say the least. But the best part is that nobody is backing down on the good side.

We can get Colorado to the place Arizona is. All it's going to take is getting some halfway decent legislatures into office. Get out and volunteer for a guy or gal running for state rep that you like and then vote early vote often.

Easy solution.

Split the read and the blue states into two different tax zones,

let the illegals move in with the libtards who are more than eager to take care of and entitle them,

and we can go back about building a country that's something to be proud of.

everything is racist with these people!

the first comment was probably because the fucker just swam the rio grande to get there....

good for AZ, I hope they are followed by other states that are willing to grow a pair.

Pretty much the same reason I left (well, I'm not what most would consider "cultured", [Tooth]) after 9 years of people telling me "you'll get used to it", I figured I was never going to- I'd still get sick to my stomach when the temp was above 110. I guess I got accustomed to Alaska, and wasn't ever going to go that far the other way. I'd rather deal with -10 than 110.
it was good for my career, tho..

special treatment for illegals to ignore the fact that they're breaking the law based on their skin color? what's not racist about that? Reminds me of a quote I heard from Sandra Bernhard- "it's not racist if you're on the side of the oppressed" that's they way these people think!

Goddamn. I wish the government here in Colorado had half the balls that they've got in Arizona.

I don't like either law. Too much government. If you don't like the class, don't take it. If you don't like the school, don't send your kid there.
