Picked up a CZ PO7 in .40 S&W this last week. Took it home wiped it down and headed straight for my range.

200 rounds of mixed Winchester / remington 180 Gr. and Fiocchi 165 Gr.

Two FTF in the first two mags. quick tap on bottom of the mag settled things immed. 180 rounds later, not a bobble.

The ergonomics on these are very nice, sights align easily, point of aim very nice. The grips are slim and confortable, a guy with big hands may wish for more but I liked them. Size wise its like a G19/G23, only in my opinion much more ergo. freindly and comfortable to fire.
Recoil is .40 snappy but again very comfortable, and reaquisition is quick.

This is SA/DA with the parts to switch to SA only. The DA first pull is very smooth and kinda light compared to DAs I am used to. The SA trigger has a slight take up and is really fast. Equipped with a decocker. Ambidextrious and easily accessible. Mags drop easy.

I shot from 7-15 yards, double taps, two hand, strong hand, off hand, moving etc. Again point and shoot at these distances and this handgun is nails.

Took it back home stripped and cleaned it. Easy takedown once you figure it out. You need to use a tool or the corner of a mag to push the slide release out.

I shot another fifty rounds this morning Again no failures.

I am very pleased with this handgun.

Great to hear. I've always wanted the P07.

Nice!

I've been waiting for the .40 P07 for what seems like an eternity ... glad to hear that it may have been worth the wait.

I've got the 9mm and am very pleased. It is nice and lite with CZ accuracy. I bought an earlier model with the mag release defect. Sent it back to CZUSA for a whole new pistol. Also mags are finicky regarding the slide staying back on the last round. I love the DA/SA trigger with decocker, and haven't shot myself training to decock before holstering. This I am pleased.
Have fun.

I shot some more yesterday and am still very pleased with this handgun. I picked up a Minataur IWB at Jensens which is actually for an XD but it fits like a glove. Very comfortable for all day carry. I tried it in a couple other XD holsters I have and found the same result. Great fit.
