An armed man stepped out and pointed the gun at the older woman, as he covered his face with a cloth.The woman’s son-in-law stood up from behind his vehicle and she ran to her daughter as they took cover.
The son-in-law was armed and drew his weapon and ordered the robbers to leave.
Malone said the robber, armed with 50-caliber Desert Eagle handgun, pointed the gun at the son-in-law.
That’s when the son-in-law fired several rounds, hitting the robber
A .50 Desert Eagle! Bahaha... Too bad it's not the size of the gun, it's getting it on target and the boom button pushed first.

My friend had a Desert Eagle for a long time...the only time I ever managed to actually hit my target was when I didnt expect the shot to come...

Anybody wanna bet the DE was stolen? Fat street thugs don't buy guns like that. Good shoot. He should have had a bigger gun though, the punk survived.

Notice how the article left out the part where the CCW guy yelled, "FUCK YOU Tony the Tooth!" as he shot the robber.

So was it Colorado? I thought that is what it said in title but thought I read in there somewhere it was South Carolina? Either way, more good news and positive press for CCW.

Best thing about thugs. They are usually really crappy marksman and in many cases have never fired the "stolen" property they possess.

Surely some family member will be along to proclaim thier goodness, and talk about how they were lead astray.

Hahaha, you're right, that's Co as in County, not Colorado. I thought this was the name of a town somewhere in the state. See how my poor local geography is paying off again!

I hope that filth gets what they deserve. I've never understood how twisted people are to think it's okay to use force to steal the possessions of others.

A .50 DE? Dang. Nothing like overkill; eh?! Good thing that BG couldn't shoot it worth a darn. I'm sort of curious how they know it was a DE. Did the BG drop it at the site, or did they figure it out from the recovered rounds/brass?

I can pick out a Desert Eagle at a glance. I wouldn't be able to tell what caliber it was though.
