Mexico is a shithole and instead of Caldaron and the Mexican people standing up and fixing it, they blame their problems on America or come here and bring their problems with them. F him, f them, and f their shitty hellhole of a country.

Worst abuses in human history huh? I think the millions of genocide victims of Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, etc would beg to differ.

Why would we allow the border patrol to do such a thing?!

I'm afraid this situation will get out of hand, in our lifetimes. Certain folks are gonna try to take over parts of our country, and there's gonna be a whole buncha bleedin' before it's over.

actually mexico is a beautiful and rich land.

RACIST'S! You people don't understand the severity of this issue and the degree to which these poor, helpless, misunderstood, entrepreneur's who've done nothing more than seek out new opportunities for themselves are being repressed and targeted for nothing short of locational genocide.

actually mexico is a beautiful and rich land.

like most of the human rights sob stories across the planet, the problems are entirely man made.

And, by default, could be corrected by man if there was enough interest and motivation by their people to do so.

I don't know how many of you are familiar with East St. Louis, IL, but this city was once thriving and beautiful (I've seen pictures). Then a mindset formed and grew within a substantial portion of the population of using up and not maintaining what they had (their homes, communities, and businesses). The city quickly became run-down and those who still maintained any sense of self pride moved away. Home values plummeted, most businesses fled, trash built up, structures became delapidated, and crime skyrocketed. Corruption by city officials at every level of city government has become the rule of the day. Now, the city is a cesspool, rife with corruption and a sense of hopelessness.

All of this could be turned around - if the citizens wanted to put forth the effort and fix it; but they don't want to do that. Instead, they are moving out to other communities to spread their poison and run down other areas.

This problem is a mindset, or mentality. Sure, it can be fixed, but it never will be.

This is the same sort issue going on in Mexico, but instead of just expanding out to an adjacent community, they are moving into an adjacent NATION, the U.S.A. While I realize that not everyone immigrating from Mexico shares this ideology, the evidence exists to indicate that the largest percentage of immigrants do hold these values (or de-values). Instead of coming here and integrating into OUR cultures, they start their microcosm's which quickly grow into full fledged secondary communities. Now, they bring us what they "left behind".

Yes, the problem is man-made, and it can be corrected, but turning the tide with a continuing flow of illegals would be nothing short of impossible.

Mexican President Felipe Calderon is condemning the killing of an illegal immigrant by U.S. Border Patrol agents as a "truly unacceptable violation" that involved "torture." He's also tying it to Arizona's immigration law, even though the incident took place on the border with California.

......Anastacio Hernandez — who was in the country illegally and was being deported to Mexico — wrestled two Border Patrol agents to the ground when his handcuffs were removed at the border crossing between San Diego and Tijuana. An agent shocked him with a stun gun and he died hours later.

So, this criminal in CA fights law enforcement, the LEO's use NON-lethal force to subdue him, he dies.
Oh yeah, I can see where this poor victim of America's racist anti-immigration attitude was tortured to death for simply wanting a better life.
NOT!

Hecho in Mexico? Stay in Mexico!

We could save a lot of time and money on the border just by shooting 'em and leaving the bodies out for the wildlife.

"That doesn't solve anything Bear..." I beg to differ, you'd be surprised what it would accomplish.

I'm getting sick of reading all this $&*( too. Come to America LEGALELY and no one will say another word.

Close the border. And by that, I don't mean close it to illegal immigration, I mean CLOSE the border. No commerce in either direction, no US citizens spending money in Mexico, no workers crossing daily to go to work, no imports from Mexico, nothing. No US tax dollars to fight a drug war in Mexico. Shoot down any aircraft that stray across the border and fail to turn back after a SINGLE warning. Mine an exclusion zone 1-3 miles wide on this side of the border. No apologies.

There's something for you. I always see PD, Coast Guard, Navy, Marines, checkstations, what have you, give MULTIPLE warnings almost to the point of where they reach the break point/danger zone. Is there a law or something I'm unaware of where they have to give multiple warnings?...

I understand trying to be nice and guy the guy a chance to stop etc, but after once when you KNOW they heard you (by turning around and flicking you off or something) why can't "guards" open fire?....

I think the whole multiple warnings thing has come about as reaction to all of the litigation by groups like the ACLU and the Southern Poverty Law Center which have successfully sued and successed in getting criminal prosecution against LEO's for doing their job --- after someone claims that they either didn't hear or understand the warning(s).

If only being "legal" was all it took to make people embrace and value this country instead of disdain and abuse it.

Funny how they have immigration laws much more strict than ours, yet they cry like babies when we even threaten to enforce ours.

Screw 'em. I think we should end the "Automatic citizenship" if an illegal happens to pop out a kid here. What we have going on amounts to an invasion, so seal the border with troops and then just listen to the squeals from south of the border. They come here, refuse to learn English, break our laws, suck up our tax dollars, and then run home if they get in trouble. No more! It needs to end, and since we're getting the troops out of Iraq and Afghanistan we ought to have plenty to put down on the border. It's cooler there, too, even in the summer.....although maybe not much.
