Does anyone know where/if I can find Super Kriss mags in the Denver Metro area?
Give The Shootist a call. They are just off Dartmouth and Sante Fe.

Doesn't it just take Glock mags?
Doesn't it just take Glock mags?
I know the one they were renting out did...
30 vs 13 rounds
The Glock 21 mags hold 13 rounds. the Kriss mags add an extension onto the Glock mag to brig capacity to 30 rounds.
Like these?

Do they make 30 rounders for .45 though?
I suppose I could just look it up....
The Kriss is chambered in .45 acp. The mags are Glock 21 mags with Kriss extentions.

Thats kinda cool... The one they had at the shootist was just using standard 13rd mags.

They now also make the Kriss SuperV in a 40cal.
But it's only in semi auto... kinda takes the fun out of it for me....

Please excuse my ignorance about hte KRISS, but from what I read, it says that the magazine is housed in the pistol grip, but in this picture it appears that there is a magazine installed foreward of the pistol grip and straight down from the fire select switch.

Can/Will anyone help me understand this?
BTW: Fascinating and very cool looking firearm!
Correct, that is how it works. The big block behind the magwell is where the bolt retracts to. The increased force going down helps control recoil.
I'd like to buy the carbine version and SBR it...
