Looking for Civl War stuff, aren't alot of options in CO.

Funny, there aren't a lot of antiques in CO. I guess this was the drop off point for the wagons. I lived in OH for a while and there was a metric butt load of northern civil war paraphernalia. My tastes lend toward the south. Somewhere in my family, there is a confederate sword. I just can't place where it is.

There sure ain't much out here in Colorado. Of course there wasn't much in CO during the Civil War. You're better buying from back east but be careful. Civil War stuff has gone up in price so there's a lot of fakes.

I buy repro stuff because I can use it and not worry about messing it up.

This Saturday there will be some serious collectors taking part in the 1812 overture at Clement Park. There's one fellow there who could fill a museum all by himself. I'll be there with the cannon shown in my pic.
