One of the good things about being unemployed has been getting things done that I always put off. Last week I started looking into pre planning cremation contracts. I've sat down with one representative from a nationwide company but after doing a little more research found that they'd had some problems in Colorado. Seems like they weren't handling the money in the trust fund properly and they were selling the customer more than they needed. So I'm wondering if anyone here has had any experiences with any local company in setting up plans for family or themselves. I'm just trying to get this done so when my time comes my son will not have to deal with a lot of arrangements at a bad time. Of course I've already told him that he's paying for it anyway out of my life insurance plan [Shock] but I figure that's also a plus because it will be paid for.
