Curious if anyone knows what happened at Lefthand Canyon yesterday evening. The entrance to the shooting range was block off by a swarm of about 15 police and fire vehicles. Hopefully it wasn't a firearm related. Just curious. That area has a bad history of irresponsible shooters.

Don't know about Lefthand.... but I was at DM's last weekend when some paintballer got struck by lightening....

I know there was a very small wildfire in Eldorado canyon state park yesterday, but that's quite a ways from Left Hand....

Yeah, sorry for the miss spell. I reckon I furgetted to proof read. I called the Boulder Forrest Service and they said Left Hand is open and didn't have any info on what happened. It's a mystery.

Yea, thanks for this, there's some stuff you just can't un-see. I can't help looking at this disturbing image and thinking "he looks like he's wearing diapers" or "that looks like a cup made for Refrigerator Perry", but that can't be because this poor guy has some serious chicken legs.

Now off to the doc to see if I can reverse the burn damage to my retinas...

There was a roll over accident. We were shooting when the S&R started, they asked us to leave. There were three injured in the rollover, but they were all safely removed and transported to the hospital.

yeah, there were a hell of a lot of people up there for the roll over. I'd say in the range of 50 people.

I rolled a stock Jeep Cherokee in Left hand, had a couple other jeeps roll me back over with winches and drove it home Ace Venture style![Tooth]

I would have driven my rolled Tacoma home (and on the rest of the trail) except it wouldn't start after being rolled. It has some switch that you have to reset after you roll over and I didn't know where it was.
