We just decided to head up there for a bit today, wondering if carry is okay there, anyone know?
As a headsup for anyone interested, today is a a free day to get in. We've never been so I got talked into going and checking it out.
Thanks for your help!
Isn't that city owned? Its my understanding that if it's city owned, they can make up their own rule about not allowing it but the city ordinance prevents them from enforcing it, sort of like the zoo. RMGO posted some info on this, where the zoo put a no weapons sign up but they cannot enforce it or do anything to you (even kick you out) if you carry because Denver law implicitly allows it.

Hey Dain, you mentioned missing Machine Gun Tours at the CoSprings gun show. While you're up here you should hit up their store in Lakewood. Even better than their show tables!

I saw that we were going to check it out but my wife got a call from work and we had to head back down to Springs. Oh well, I'm gonna get up there soon. Thanks for the suggestion though, it was a perfect idea!
BTW the Botanic gardens are kinda cool but apparently they told more than just us about the free day- that joint was packed!
Never go to free day at places like the Zoo, or any amusement park.

I do. People get so retarded when things are free. Standing in line for 3 hours for free face painting for their sleeping infant, almost getting into fist fights over line position, etc.
