Rangel cutting a deal. So, if I rob a bank do you think I can cut a deal to get out of the charges? It's not like the mob where you cut a deal to get a bigger fish, because I doubt Obama's going to be brought down by Rangel...

Crime doesn't apply to congress. There was a report several years about about how many people in the house and senate don't pay taxes or use taxpayers money to take trips, etc....

That's when I lost all faith in "the system" and peoples' integrity when propositioned with "the right way or the easy way".

Rangel's arrogance is astounding. I don't think he's too worried, though. Members of congress pretty much know they're above the law.

If you watch that video, a reporter asks him "Are you afraid of losing your job?", and Rangel basically says, "Who are you to ask such a stupid question?"

Term limits: we need them.
