I Heard on another site there had been racial tensions, sad it seems to be true.
kinda screwed up that people have to be so shallow.

Always do. Doesn't matter if the employee handbook allows it or not. I tuck it away where nobody knows and it has never been a problem nor will it. If something like this happens then I'll face the company repercussions which will be FAR less severe than had this happened and I obeyed policy.

Oh, and unfortunately it's more than 1... the death toll is 8 and 2 wounded. :(
