The United States and the Constitution of the United States died a little today with the confirmation of Elena Kagan as the 112th Supreme Court Justice.
Kagan's beliefs are obviously at odds with the Constitution and she favors a "world view" of interpreting what the Constitution "means today".
To Barack Obama for nominating this woman and the 63 US senator who voted "Yes" to her confirmation, I hope you all rot in hell.
Make no mistake...this will come back to haunt us down the road.
The downward spiral is a direct result of tolerance and social equality. I really dislike liberals, really dislike them [Bang].

Indeed.
They can pass all the laws they want. I have lots of ammo.
(although I lost all of my guns in a boating accident over the Mariana Trench)
No matter, I can throw really hard.

This a sad day for the USA...
I doubt if this damage can be reversed...
We are witnessing the destruction...
of the USA.

She replaced John P. Stevens, a resounding liberal.

In case wasn't obvious- Bennett and Udall both voted for the confirmation-
Bennett needs to join the ranks of the unemployed this Nov... too bad Udall isn't up for re-election
She may have replaced a liberal- but I think you would be hard pressed to find someone with less respect for the constitution as it was written...

Exactly, this doesn't change the makeup of the court. I don't think it's possible to be further left of Stevens. While I don't like Kagan I didn't get too worked up over it since it really doesn't change anything. Just Obooboo helping put another America hater in power.
Buy ammo guys, America is spiraling out of control and it's only a matter of time before the SHTF.

She replaced a very liberal and she is probably pretty liberal also. A wash.
Personally, the only one I like is Thomas. The conservative ones are statists and generally go along with any federal power grab. They sometimes do a symbolic roll back like gun rights but not much. If the constitution didn't die over 60 ears ago it sure smells like it.

You know, technically the constitution did it's job today, she was appointed as she was meant to be appointed. Whatever other spin on it doesn't change this fact. We can argue that the overwhelming liberal majority is why - but our constitution provided for that majority. You can say the president that bought the office, but the constitution provided for his election into office.
Don't get me wrong, I detest liberals and "progressives", but sometimes I have to look at whats going on and realize that it is the way it's supposed to be and just be happy that the current appointment ends up a wash.

Wow, that was a PERFECT video for this administration and this appointee! No offense, but you must be the biggest Star Wars fan EVER to just whip THAT one out of your hat! :).

I'm not saying her appointment was illegal or anything. Fortunately for scumbags like Obama and Kagan the Constitution doesn't discriminate based on political views.
However, for those of you who thinks this is a wash, keep this in mind...Kagan is fairly young and will be on the bench for probably 25 to 35 years.
Furthermore, while she may have been appointed according to Constitutional rules, it's ironic that she will, judging by her past anyway, not be really diligent in exercising her duties according to that same Constitution.
This is hardly a wash, simply one liberal for another. That's like saying JFK and Obama are the same because they're both democrats.

yeah, we haven't caught obama fucking any movie stars yet

Obama thinks he is the "fucking movie star" hahahaha [ROFL1]
sad day but at least she replaced the most liberal of the judges. the only sad part is she has a lifetime appointment. we can only hope that none of the good judges step down while obama is in office.
I found the confirmation of a member of a racial supremacist organization slightly more bothersome than the confirmation of a liberal bull dyke. But either way they interpret the Constitution as changing depending on which way the wind blows...

WE CAN ALL RELAX, the liberals will tell us what we should do and they know better than you what is good for the country.
Any bets when she will come out of the closet, before or after the first case involving gays?
Is this about that picture of her playing softball?
