View Full Version : Good day for some Jeep mods
Did some mods on the Jeep today, thought I would share. Had another local that offered to come and help me today, he graciously invested 5 hours of his time to help me out. Thanks so much Scott!!
Installed a Teraflex leveling kit, Spidertrax 1.5" wheel spacers, ProComp steering stabilizer and high performance vented rotors and high performance ceramic pads.

Oh man thats far from ugly, she's a beauty. Did you get it fixed? I remember when I met you, you were having some problems with a Jeep, was it that one?
Thanks BTW

I did - just exploded a hiem joint; I was driving by feel that day. ;)
Glad to hear you got it fixed!
Very nice, congrats! I need to get my '56 finished before I'm too damn old to drive it. If I'm lucky, my employer will replace my company Liberty next year and let me buy this one. Then I'll at least have a playtoy until the Willys is done. It's nice having a company vehicle, but it sucks having a Jeep I can't go play in.
Nice Rubi! I'm lifting my TJ this week as well, I've been anxious to ditch that stock suspension for a while.
Thanks everyone! I am really happy with the way it turned out.
Soooo, when are we all going jeepin........

I've got my 3" lift in the back of my Bronco, as soon as I get some stuff blasted and powder coated then it's going on and the TJ's going wheelin!
yea we need to go wheelin befor my jeep sells, just put it up today

I've seriously been considering selling the Porsche and buying a jeep ... threads like this don't help :p
However I'll be looking for something old (CJ3A or older ... well I guess I might consider the right CJ3B)
Thanks so much everyone! It was a lot of fun, and I look forward to heading out on some trails.
I am up for a wheelin and shootin day!! We should really try and put something together while the weather is still good. Maybe make a weekend out of it and do some camping too.

Is it an urban gorilla kit, or did you fab it from scratch?

Impressive.
looks great! I love Hummers...well not the H2 or 3 because they are not a real Hummer.

That's because the H2 and H3's aren't at the shop 9 months out of the year. Worst diesel ever.
Wow! Kelly if don't mind me asking how much you have into that thing? and could you build me one (i'll buy the beer ;)) [Beer]

That's an interesting little bike you have there!
That's a cool little scooter. You should do the gas tank emblems like the WWII Harleys!
The 9th Circuit courts agree!
I always wanted one of those motorcycles with the fat tires. I forget what they are called, but I know my grandparents had one.
