Hey guys this place I'm sure has been mentioned but the public range up by briggsdale (about 30 miles east of ft collins on hwy 14) is pretty nice, they have a shotgun facility, pistol range (I think 50 yards) a 100 yard rifle range and a 250 yard range. I believe it's 15 bucks which is decent to me, I go there when I want to use their fancy covered benches. Otherwise right in the area is also the pawnee national grasslands and there are areas there to do shooting, that's where I go to test out a build real quick or for bumping fun lol.

How far from the sign of Briggsdale is it? Which direction from the sign?

Its actually a scratch south of briggsdale like maybe 5 miles or so (I head there on 392 from windsor) when you get to briggsdale head south on 392 it will curve hard west then hard south again and after a little bit you get to I believe cr72 turn right (west) there and you'll see it after a 1/4 mile or so (shotgun area first then rifle and pistol ranges)

Hope that helps

$175 for the family for a year. I think it is a real reasonable place. But, the catch is, it is far from you city guys. I have never shot there, so my opinion is based on price and what I see driving by. The range is maybe 3 miles from my house. So, I drive by it sometimes.

It is located

I've enjoyed shooting at Pawnee Sportsman's Center but it is a haul to get out there. I am hoping my membership for the NCRGC comes up this year so I can have something a little closer.
