View Full Version : What TV news do you watch?
I'll do a later poll asking about internet/other sources of news, but for now I'm interested in what TV news shows/channels you watch
H.
I don't really watch the tv news unless it is by accident. Not really helpful to your poll, but thought I'd throw it in there. I think if we ever end up watching the news on tv it is channel 2 local news.
I put down other for no news as well. I get indoctrinated enough as it is without watching that shit.

You should definitely add None. Unless it is some developing story like Balloon Boy I can read about it.
Steve
For the record, I only know that we usually watch Channel 2 news, is because every time I wonder what kind of dummy thought it'd be a good idea to nick name their news station "The Deuce." I laugh every single time they say it.
No "None" option.. Just can't do it any more..

HAHAHAH, I watch 2 in the AM. They have a couple of wackos working there. That Dan and Chris crack me up.
Local news they are all "movie" stars, in their minds. They can't report the news without giving their opinions.
Richard Porker and his weather, Drew buck tooth sports guy, hard to watch em.
Dan Duru has a fun job.

That reminds me of ESPN 8, "The Ocho!"
I watch 9News for news around town, traffic, weather, etc, and that's about it. That's all I really care about with news anyways. My grandfather was on the news in Denver for ages, so I do like local news people
I started to give up on TV news when I saw how Chronkite slanted his reporting. I haven't deliberatly watched TV news from about the late '70s.
I have heard the news anchors outside the US referred to as readers.

I put other because I don't have TV. All of those guys giving us the "news" area all full of shit. Doesn't matter, Fox or MSNBC.

I dont watch TV either. Last thing I need is some opinionated news from either side. I go to co-ar15.com for my news feed [ROFL1]
Frankly they all suck, but I'll watch Fox and then someone else to balance out the biases of both.
I get all my info from the Onion.
I get all my info from the Onion.
That explains everything :D

I watch the one with the hottest weather chick.
Haven't seen Crystal in awhile.
However FOX in general does recruit Hot reporters.

I watch the one with the hottest weather chick.
9News has had some hot ones before. Becky Ditchfield is pretty hot IMO. Kathy Sabine is good for a older lady too.
When I was in LA for work, it was ridiculous though. The weather girls were sooo hot
KS wears enough makeup to stock Mary Kay's warehouse. (seen her in person many x's)
and as for LA,, HOW HOT WERE THEY???
Unfortunately I watch Fox, but it is mostly just for the Weather and traffic. I agree that they give more personal opinion than any news station I have ever seen. I really can't stand Ron Zapolo and Libby Weaver at night.
She is easy on the eyes however.
And I love all the "investigative reporters".

I also think both Becky and Cathy are hot!

I should have made this an option. He may be liberal, but he finds the raw hypocrisy on both sides of the aisle and drags them out to look the fools they are. He's a better journalist (even though he isn't one) than most of the major networks keep on staff. A sad state of affairs.

I rarely watch news on TV unless it's a big story or something of local interest.
On Sunday night I watched 9News long enough to see the story about Norm Meyer's plane being flown out of Conifer for the last time. Before that, I can't remember the last time I watched TV news.
How come Nancy Grace wasn't an option? Doesn't anyone else on here get their news from a source that covers the same child rape case for months on end?

I might as well get my news from the Fucking "Sun" (Grocery Market Rag)

He is the Kind of Liberal that makes the word less vulgar.
He is a Liberal that doesn't want to shove it down everyone's throat.
and I'm OK with that.

I voted FOX and other. I actually enjoy 9 News and have exchanged emails with the anchors. They are pretty nice folks that do what they can to appease everyone.
