I guess you could use an anahiem (roasting) type chile for this.. but...
One of my favorite things to do with a habenero is a dessert recipe... very easy.
Take one habenero, remove seeds and most of the membrane, then roast it and dice it up really fine... then mix it in with about 1/4 cup dark chocolate syrup.
Get a bowl and put an ANNA's ginger thin cookie in the bowl, put a scoop or two of vanilla bean ice cream that, then pour about half the habenero/dark chocolate syrup mix over that..... makes two servings...
I should put this in the recipe area...

Let's just say my Grandmother had a very colorful vocabulary. :D I always thought is was somewhere around the gizzard.

Not much in the way of good food yesterday. Most all was carny fare or chains. There were some Gringos roasting chiles but that was about it. Fun time, though.
