Hi all,
I live in AZ but am hoping my company moves its operations to the Denver area soon. I am sooooo sick of the heat down here.

Welcome!
I lived in Tempe for two years. Moved down there for a girl, got married and drug her back up to Colorado. You're right...the heat SUCKS. Here's to a quick relocation! [Beer]

Hello and welcome. I was born and raised in Tempe. I moved up here about 7ish years ago and I love it. I still get a kick out of calling my friends in the summer and saying "Dude this is BS. It's supposed to get up to 99° here this week." I usually get the typical "It's ~insert cussword~ 115° here right now ~insert cussword~."

I honestly have no clue how I survived how I survived down there for so long. I can't stand the heat. Having 4 seasons was / is mindblowing for me although I've had people tell me that Colorado doesn't really have 4 seasons which I don't fully understand quite honestly.

Welcome Dave.

Winter Driving Tip: If/when your company moves it's operations up here just remember to take it easy and practice driving in the snow [using an unused parking lot is best] before you get to comfortable with things. A big mistake a lot of folks from warmer climates make in the winter is getting a 4WD vehicle and calling it good.

Now, I'm not going to dog AZ because it sure has it's share of beautiful scenery, but (in my humble opinion) nothing beats coloraful Colorado. You will cwertainly love it here.

Now, let's see about getting you into the addiction that is the "evil black rifle disease".

Remember that you'll get the most from this site by staying active and participating. Again, welcome.

Already there and then some. M4, National Match, Cav-Arms lightweight, 9mm, etc..... I'm now getting into .50 BMG so EBR's are a bargain comparatively.
