This forum is always dead. I'm over there quite a bit and get out to some matches at the Rifle Sportsman's Club. Anybody around? [Wave]

i am around, what kind of matches do you shoot? it is about an hour drive for me to get to rifle, and this time of year i have live things to shoot at.

I shoot the precision rifle stuff and IDPA. The guys that run these matches have some really creative stages that are a ton of fun. Yeah we see a dip in shooters during hunting season for obvious reasons.
You should come over and try the USPSA shoot in Montrose on 9/11. Lot's of fun.

That's about five hours from where I'm at, a little too far for me. I grew up in Glenwood and head over there to shoot with my brother, grandpa and friends mainly. I was just seeing if anybody on here ever shot out there.
Where are the IDPA matches?

FWIW, i was just over in the western slope last weekend. Went through Glenwood, carbondale, etc on my way to Norwood. Love it out there. Did a bit of shooting myself, but it was just on private land.
