UNIX on servers is the only way to fly. I worked for a .com that ran a super bowl ad in the nineties, we had Windows servers. It was so painful. I'll never go back.

My Linux file server is the only 100% reliable piece of electronic equipment in the building (this includes the semi broken laptop running Mint that I use as a media computer in my office).

Its a Snap server running CentOS

Its a Snap server running CentOS

I migrated from various raid cards in linux boxes to a Drobo this year. It's a bit pricey, but talks iSCSI and is zero administration.

what he is failing to inform you is that they are browser exploits for Firefox and Chrome.. in ALL Platforms
Considering at least one of his suggestions uses Firefox as a default browser, he was simply adding stupid to dumb.

So everyone pack up your shit and take it to Zundfolge, he is going to reinstall everyone's machines with LINUX make sure all of the quirky-ass off brand devices have their drivers, Teach you to use it AND Administer them!
