I went to a junkyard today with my buddy (if anyone has a rear end with 3.73 gears that will fit a 99 f150 he is in desperate need), so we head down to a place called metal movers right next to u pull and pay.
We get to talking to this guy Steve, retired military, mid 50's, really knows his shit, fun guy to talk with. He did a quick rant on the amount of illegals there and how they always try to steal from him but he catches most and gets the guys arrested most of the time.
From the time I was there he definitely knows spanish, a bit of arabic, as well as german.
so these Mexicans roll up with a car part while he is on the phone, start getting a little noisy saying they want to pay (we are patiently waiting to see if he has the rear end we are looking for). He tells them to be quiet, tells the guy on the phone the price of some parts plus tax...unless they are a dealer or out of state then tax exempt and hangs up.
Now the mexicans go to pay, he gives them $10 off the normal price, says it will be $30 plus tax. Mexicans are like..."oh no, we are from mexico, we are out of state so no tax"
He says hang on...picks up the phone like he is hitting a speed dial "yeah...give me obama. Hey Obama, I got some illegals here who say they shouldn't have to pay tax. Oh, okay I will tell them they have to pay tax".
"Hey you fucking illegals, you guys still have to pay the fucking tax! Now pay it or leave!"
I laughed my ass off in their faces, all 3 of them! (and I was packing so could care less!)
