Colorado Judge gives 7 year old right to decide custody.
A seven year old boy was at the center of a county courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him.  The boy had a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in keeping with child custody law and regulation requiring that family unity be maintained to the highest degree possible.
 
The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her.  When the judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried and said that they also beat him.. 
 After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him.
 
After two recesses to check legal references and confer with the child welfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to the Denver Broncos, whom the boy firmly believes are not capable of beating anyone.

Excellent.

I think a variation of this joke circulates every season with a different team. I always laugh because it is always true.

Little Johny goes to class and its career day.
Everyone gets up and tells the class what Mommy and Daddy do for work.
Most have Pictures or slides.
Everyone goes up and then its Johnny's turn.
He goes up and is staring at the floor dragging his toes and hesitating.
Finally the teacher says to johnny that if he doesn't participate he wont get credit and that he should just tell the class.
"My Daddy is a stripper at a Gay bar." he bursts out
There's much laughter and some of the kids poke fun at him.
At the end of the class the teacher asks him if his Father really a stripper at a gay bar.
"No." Johnny Tells her, "But I was too embarrassed to tell them he was a Denver Bronco."

For show and tell one day, all the kids bring in an item their grandparents own. Little Suzy starts off and says, "This can belonged to my grandfather, it was special to him."
Next, little Timmy comes up and is holding a sweater, "My grandmother made this sweater and it says it brings her good luck."
Then it was little Johnny's turn, before walking up in front of the classroom he runs to his cubby an drags out a large green cylinder. The teacher stunned asks, "Johnny what on earth is that?!" Johnny replies with a smile, "It's my grandmother's oxygen tank!" The teacher then asks, "Well, what did she say when you took it?" He answers, "GIVE IT BACK!! GIVE IT BACK!!"

Awesome joke about the kid and the Broncos, had me hooked till the end.
