Didn't they do stuff like that here as well? Well, pretty much every where. God forbid you were born with Down Syndrom or Autism or something and chucked into an asylum to rot for your whole life. At least they let the pregnant girls out.

When I see the term I have to wonder at what age in time do they want to return the political system to?
Pre President Pope, Pre Lincoln, Pre LBJ, FDR.
Someone always wants to screw up and make some more laws to keep their moral compass happy.
