I know that there are going to be primers Large and Small pistol, $25.50, Bersa Thunders and Fire Storms for about $275.00 or less.

I am the dealer selling. I am in business for a profit, but I won't ask outrageous Prices. The last show I had another dealer ask "why are you selling a $350.00 gun for $269.00?" [Rant1]

I didn't know at the time he was a dealer and I invited him to purchase one, his response was "why don't you raise your prices so I can sell some off of my table?"[Rant1]

I always felt that a gun show was a place to get good deals, I used to hate going to gun show knowing I could get something less expensive in town.

I can't compete with the big box stores but I do the best I can to keep folks shooting and me in business.

each dealer has different suppliers and suppliers come up with specials for their dealer, I pass on deals that I get to my customers.[Beer]

FWIW

Are the primers Winchester per chance?

I like dealers who like to make money, I do not like dealers who try to pay for their entire show on one sale.

Nothing wrong with a sales pitch and making a profit as long it's not outrages and both parties come out believing it was a fair deal. I for one like having the vendors give us a preview of what they're selling and a hint of their prices before the day of the show. It's good for us and good for the vendors and the gun show.

Great point there, and a big reason why I don't go to shows that often anymore....

I hope you will stop by my tables at the next Tanner Gun Show, maybe I will be able to change your mind about gunshows, who knows, the others at the show may get a hint if I sell all the stuff off my tables. I will be putting out information under the dealers section before the next show.

Do you have a way for people to recognize your table... like a banner or sign?

I have a Banner "R&S Manufacturing" I will be putting out more info closer to the show date in the "Dealer" section. Please let me know if you leaned about me from this forum.

Thanks,
Randy

Howdy Hoss,
I sold some factory ammo there awhile ago out of a back pack for less than the reload guys, and was getting the "EVIL EYE" from them until I ran out. It only took 30 min.
I'll check you out, I'm in the market for reloading supplies.

Yeah, because you can walk into a store and buy factory ammo for less than the reloading guys. I hate seeing the same $10.47 box of ammo I buy for $16+ at the shows.

I also hate spam can surplus shit for double the cost of MGT and online.
