I have a Millett Varmint Target Special 6-25x56 side focus 30mm tube on my Varmint setup. Bought it off a member here a few yrs. ago. So far so good.

Millet's are a pretty decent budget optic.
As far as the Mueller line goes I know they were great 3 or 4 years ago when they were built here. I believe they outsourced production and I don't hear the rave reviews as much anymore.

Both are made in China, or Taiwan or some other country there. It is what you wanna buy ?

Mueller parts are made in several different countries and assembled here. I have several of them and they have all been great.

My Dad has a Millet on his 204 Ruger, it has also worked well.

Just bought a Millet TRS-1 in mil/mil. I've only shot with it once, but it seems decent for a $300 scope.

I've got a Millett TRS that I use for precision rifle shooting. It's on top of a Remington 700 in 308 and I shoot out to a little over 800 yards with it. It's a great optic, especially for the price.

I have two DMS-1 1-4x from Millet, they warranty their stuff for life, after a issue with the Gen1 DMS's growing fungus inside the tube, they took care of all of them. I'm not unhappy with mine, They aren't Leupold or Nightforce but for the price I think they are good and reliable.

Just finished testing my TRS-1. Tracking was perfect and the erector moves perfectly parallel to the reticle. I checked the accuracy of the .1 mil clicks, but I could only check at 20 yards, not my usual 100. It was off just a bit, but it could easily have been within the error of my range finder's ability to measure 20 yards. I intend to check again when it's light outside and I can get to 100 yards. Overall, I'm extremely impressed for a $300 scope.
