View Full Version : Glocks. Who's got 'em?
I have a Glock 22 and a Glock 27. Used to have a Glcok 30. Trying to sell the 22 so I can buy a 35.
Anyone else?
I've got a 19. I want a 29.
I've fired a friends 21, I want a P220.
G20  You mean they make other's??

I'm with 7, if I'm gonna own a plastic gun it's gonna be a P226. Karl.
Well I hate to bring it up, but SOG has some used P226's in 9mm with night sights in the $350 range. 10 round mags though. Still... :P
To many guns not enough cash!

Hmmm, lets see, got a Browning HP, Beretta 92F, MAC11, Spectre, Sterling Mk VII, and UZI. Do I really need another mouse gun and with lo caps to boot? I think not. Gotta save up for a 40. I want a Para Ordnance P16-40. Karl.
Well there are lots of P226 Hi-Caps out there. Kinda pricey but they are out there.
And I like Sigs. Just don't own one.
I have a 21, 22, and 27. I used to have a 17, but traded it for the 27. I also have the Sig 226, but I like the Glocks better. As an armorer for Glock and HK USP, I'd say stick with Glock. I'm even thinking about trading my HK USP 45 for something else.
 No way man! I heard those things are made by Tupperware....and they can be taken thru metal detectors at airports with out setting off any alarms  Any way, Gaston was on to something with these "plastic" pistols. A few other handgun manufacturer's have come up with their own version that incorporates polymer and metal with positive results. Drastic plastic is a good thing :D

Currently
2-G19's
1-G32
1-G36
1-G35 (with a .357 Bar-Sto Barrel)
Have owned ;
G30
G26
G20
G21 and G30. I've pretty much standardized on G21 magazines for both. One magazine fits all, and makes a good grip extender for the G30 too.
Lets see.....got a G34, G35, G23, G26, and (2) G19's ....does that count? I don't have a combat tupperware problem, honest

I've got a G17 with a X-200 and a G22
I have a g17 and a g26. Looking at the g19 next, and sooner or later (hopefully sooner) a g34 to complete the 9mm set.
I have had a Glock 17 for several years and enjoy shooting it more than my other handguns. My son's first handgun is a Glock 17.

Glock 23. It's the only firearm I own.
After much reading and researching, I bought it and couldn't be happier.

Back up to three now. A 22 (OD) a 35, and a 19. I'm sure there will be one or two more shortly....

Skip the 27 (consider the 26 instead), you'll thank me later
Well, I guess if they don't all have to be Glocks, I'm up to four now.
Ruger P95
Glock G20
H&K USPc .45 and,
S&W Sigma .40

The 27 is uncomfortable to shoot.....just had 2 Detectives dump their 27's after qualification.
The 26 is comfortable and easy to shoot. I've had several of both (26 and 27)....I'll never own another 27.
i'm looking for a G26 also.

I have no idea what your talking about I have a 27 and a 23 I shoot my 27 better than any carry gun I have ever owned. :?

Thanks for the info, I'll consider the 26. Maybe I can shoot both before I buy. They have the exact same dimensions, I guess the larger caliber causes more recoil and makes it uncomfortable?

G21C
In the 4-500 rounds I've put through it, I've found it to be big but not too big and powerful but not wrist snapping. The C part helps, I'm sure. I like it. Doubt I'd be able to conceal it enough for CCW, but I just might try someday.

If you've shot a .45 and a .40 you will notice that the .40's recoil is sharp and the .45's recoil is more blunt.
I have owned the Glock 35, 22, 23, and 27. The .40 is not an uncomfortable round to shoot until you spend some time on the 27. The sharper recoil makes the 27 uncomfortable to shoot (there is not as much surface area to grab onto on the 27).
In my opinion it's too much round for that small of a platform.

I read a lot of 26 vs 27 info last night on glocktalk. Most that have fired both said the 27 was OK but they could get back on target faster and shoot tighter groups with the 26. Right now I am leaning towards the 26.
a new G20, my first glock.

yeah, but I was there when he shot it the first time. He didn't like it. "Slow and Weak" did pass through his lips, too...

His real reason for being upset is because he can get on back target faster and afford to shoot more with it.
The only Real reason I may keep it is, Rae Ann took a shine to it.

Brought home a 17 from Jensens today. That makes 2 for me. :D
A little 36 followed me home. For the first time, a Glock grip fit my hand.

4, all of em G19s.
Nothing like a bit of weapons standardization. Although I would like a G26 at some point.
