View Full Version : New Member in Denver!
I figured I might as well introduce myself since I've already started selling things, and nobody even knows me. My name is Kellie (obviously), I grew up in Evergreen, but am now living in Denver. Just got an LMT AR-15 - my first. I have a lot to learn about these things, so I'll definitely be sticking around here. So far, everyone on this forum has been great, so I look forward to getting to know more of you.

Thanks, everyone. :)

I've got a Kahr 9mm, Sig P239, and a Colt Python. The Colt is my favorite...but if it goes boom, I probably like it. I used to think old revolvers were the greatest thing ever, but since picking up my AR-15, I'm beginning to rethink that.

Nice selection. [AR15]
Wait until you start modding the AR, or build one. :D
Pics of the AR, too!
Thanks. I've already started modding the AR a little bit...it took me less than a week. And now I'm starting to think about building one. Because another expensive hobby is exactly what I needed. I can't afford myself.
I am the world's worst photographer. Here are my two favorites.

2004. You don't by chance know someone named Ryan Sparks, do you? I think he's about your age.

Hmm, don't think so. The only people I remember with that last name was Willy Sparks, and he was a year older than me, but a good buddy.
I have damaged my brain a bit over the years though, so I don't remember many things [Tooth]

We can just pretend it's the same person. Same last name...close enough, right?

2004, oh man. I thought I was the youngest on the forum. Or maybe I'm just delusional at 25.

I'm the youngest at 24? Really? I thought this was a CO-AR15, not CO-AARP.

I just envisioned myself as the youngest. I'm probably wrong. [ROFL1] @ CO-AARP though.
ShooterChick just went off the boot camp, and I think she was only like 13 or something.
Welcome! There are a couple teens aboard.

Well, I expect my son will be joining the site soon. We're building him his first AR now.

Thank you! I'm a bit of a perfectionist, what can I say?
I wish my dad were more into guns. I had to teach him how to operate his new pistol the other day...a little backwards, but at least he understands my obsession. I wish I could say the same for my mother.

I'm in the opposite position with my dad. While we are both really interested in firearms, I honestly believe that he's forgotten much more about firearms than I'll ever know.
I agree that it's good to share the interest with folks in your own family.
