UPPER BURRELL, Pa. -- A local man told Channel 4 Action News about the 43-point buck he bagged on the first day of rifle season.

I'm going to have to look up how to score a Buck. I see people talking about how many points something is all the time, but have no idea what it means, or what is even average.

EDIT: Never mind. I just watched the video. I always thought it was just counting the points on the antlers, but after seeing a bunch of hunting threads where the points didn't match what I could see in the picture (or even come close) I thought it must have meant something else. Personally, I'd rather shoot a bigger animal with more meat than one that survived a chemical spill.

It's proven over and over again... The turdee points are caused not by chemical spill, but by the global warming.

Our deer are bigger than that around here! The horns are unusal to say the least. Looks like a something from the FALLOUT games.

So let me get this straight... global warming will result in bigger bucks, not freezing my ass off during hunting season, longer growing seasons for things like, uh... hops and barley, and places like SoCal and Washington DC being under water at some point.

Screw the polar bears, I'm going to go take the catalytic converter off of my truck and drive around burning styrafoam!

I thought that was a joke at first. 43 points or not, that's a small whitetail...
