I read it in a bored moment
Basically looking through it for any valid reason that my legal immigrant visa holding wife might not have legal access to my firearms for the purpose of her personal defense.

also just a good read for the purpose of knowledge for the sake of knowledge.

Actually it was a large portion of the USC regarding firearms possession, trade, sale, etc.
It didn't have to do just with Immigration law, but firearms Law as a whole.

Byte, as long as your wife is legal here in US, you can hold firearms, use it to hunt, self defense etc. I purchased my first firearms before citizenship - passed my ccw etc while being a legal resident (stricter background check etc etc).

For crying outloud, nowdays, they are giving legal rights to the stupid illegals and terrorists.

PS BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL if she ever purchased a firearm - sometimes the ffl being lazy or for some other reason would put her status as 'citizen' instead of 'legal resident' due to the extra paperworks. This is a felony - I have a friend who went through hell because of it.
