What to use with Vulkan Lower

I have a lower Vulkan-15 that was given to me and was looking for a cheap upper in 556 or 223....Only plan on shooting it no more than 25yds. Dont know to much about this stuff, but just want to make a complete gun to plink with. thx

im not sure if this vulkan-15 is a normal spec lower but if it is how about something from one of these places.

im not sure what the cheapest upper you can find is, im sure you could find cheaper in a used upper somewhere.

The Chiappa M4-22 is a 22 LR upper. There are some good reports on the webb about it.

$300 - $350 but I just checked around and they're back ordered everywhere I checked.
