How/where?

-IWB holster at ~4 oclock, is not working
-Purse, that would only work sometimes, plus its the first thing snatched away, and hard to get into quickly, say while running.

IWB, appendix location?

Maybe Thunderware with a small gun?
I usually carry IWB 4 o'clock, but with a bunch of small shirts and more physical jobs, I don't trust that to not print. I've been thinking of a small gun in either Thunderware or small gun in back pocket for myself.

A girl could for sure get away with this, but not everyday at work.

And I'm not sure if dressing like Euro trash is a requirement either.

My wife doesn't really wear many dresses (not her thing)
and after going thru many holsters and guns
At some point we got a Ruger LCP (many other same sized pocket guns) with a pocket holster
She wears it EVERY DAY.
so, while I wish she was carrying something bigger with a wee more stopping power, I'm glad she is carrying something. Any gun is better than no gun.

My wife uses this purse. It does not show the side zipper compartment where the holster is velcro ed in. It has a lock and little key if need be too. Has the normal two top zipper compartments with the separate one in the side so you don't have to dig through all the crap to draw your gun. Has a lifetime warranty on the purse too! http://www.nrastore.com/nra/Product.aspx?productid=HO%2022608

Depends on what my wife is wearing. When she's dressed up for work (usually dresses) then she'll wear a thigh holster. When she's in jeans and a jacket, she'll do the regular 3-4 oclock IWB. If she's wearing some hot mamma stuff she's usually SOB'ing. She hates those "target" tatoos that chics have so she says that the gun is her target tatoo. HAHA.

"SOB'ing"?

Youtube videos are pretty good, and pretty helpful!

small of back. the holster rides wear the tramp stamp would be.

it is a good carry position for some, but try sitting down and leaning back. i think it is somewhat limited. of course the gun is the factor. ruger 454 cassull 10", no. ruger lcp. maybe.

SOB is Small of Back as explained below:

My wife is very... "propper" so she always sits upright with her back straight, etc. It's never been a problem for her. She expressed interest in a .380 but I just don't like going smaller than 9mm... personal preference, but I might change one day.

If you happen to wear Jeans or dress pants with reasonable front pockets most of the time, you can carry something like a Ruger LCP (.380) or a Walther PPS (9mm or 40) quite comfortably.

Is the Walther smaller than a S&W M&P compact? There is NO way I could pocket carry my M&P. I can't even imagine putting an LCP in the front pocket of some of my jeans. I could do back pocket because it isn't so deep and is easy to get stuff out of it.

Wife carries appendix with a Glock 26...but that's with a sweatshirt or looser fitting tshirt. She's about 5'6" and 115, so pretty skinny. IWB at 3-5 is out of the question. It's tough, I'm trying to get her to carry all the time but she doesn't want to alter the way she dresses. She works in a business professional atmosphere so skirt/pant suits and the likes make it real tough to carry on person. She dumps it in her purse a lot inside of a galco sto and go and clips it in the pocket. It's better than nothing....

As far as mouse guns, I'd rather have a 380 in my pocket than a 10mm on my nightstand, just sayin.

Sound so familiar :) My wife often carries in Galco holster handbag - it is pretty hard to conceal a gun on fit female person who likes to dress like a woman. If woman is size of a whale it may be very different thing.
It seems to be surprisingly fast to draw from holster handbag if you practice it... No, I have not tested it myself ;)
IWB 5-5:30 seems to work best on person, but requires certain clothing as already stated earlier. Gun is usually 1911 3" .45 ACP

My wife carries on her thigh and and ankle. She seldom wears clothing in which she cannot carry that way. Wears skirts and boot cut pants. Carries a PK380. Had to edit this post to add this in: she carries with +p JHP's and for those of you who look down on the .380 ACP because of size, it is a 95 grain bullet with 1125 fps behind it. It isn't too far off from the standard 115 grain 9mm that come out at 1190 fps. Not too shabby if you ask me.
