Looks like a Hogue grip to me.

Bushy M4A3 14.5" with attached Izzy. Did you use wax pencils to color in the rollmarks?

Gun Shot is correct. It is a hogue grip. It's a nice grip I think gives a little and adds some comfort.

Actually the process I used to color in the roll marks was with crayola crayon.... just sort of color over it and it will fill in slowly. Then take a lighter and melt the wax, take a cloth buff it and it stays in through cleanings.

How do you like the Izzy - do you have a birdcage to compare it to?
