Had to read the link.

I was reading "Caliber Multi" with "You lie 203" in the context of... M203. And I was confused. I was thinking, is it saying that multi caliber does not encompass the legality of a 40mm grenade launcher? Because that isn't disputed... scratching my head as to what it meant and why they bothered. I was waaaaaaay waaaaay out in left field.

I'd say,, Far enough out in left, You were about to crash through the right field fence..
