Man what an awesome couple of days. Out with the boys; pulling the trigger, passing on the love of guns and hunting. Please add as much as you can to this. These kind of pictures give me some kind of hope for our feature.

Newracer - you are going to have to take me ( I am kind of a BIG kid)[ROFL1] to that p-dog spot. Looks awesome.
I saw this tonight while surfing break TV. I have to say, I am quite impressed at muzzle control. http://www.break.com/index/little-kid-at-a-shooting-range.html
Man! The gun is bigger than that kid!

Very Cool Kid
Yeah, that video was awesome! Kid's probably much better at it than I would be, I'd love to try something like that myself. The photo of the boys in the truck reminds me of my brothers and I going quail hunting a hundred years ago.
Guess I can drag these out again, kinda crappy photos, they're frames snatched out of videos. My grandson and my M1 a few years ago, he's 14 now.

Is that kid using both index fingers on the trigger? I can't tell from my puny screen.

That looks like a Caspian he is using. How old is he? That is impressive.
Not as impressive as my little man though... [ROFL1] Oh ya, he even built it himself, from just mere parts... both of them...
We saw our newly turned two year old doing this the other day. I have no clue as to where he picked it up from though. I don't think he has ever seen me hold one of my guns, ever. Yet he put the blocks together on his own, and as you can see, is trying to aim them at everything. For his long gun immitation, he likes to use a random spare wiper blade or a long stir spoon.

Here are some of my kids. My daughter is 14 in a few weeks, my boys are 12 ans 10. The baby is 4 years old and loves guns. He enjoys helping me clean them and knows not to touch them unless Daddy or Mommy says he can.
My Daughter, The oldest!!

My Middle Son, he is the quiet one, but enjoys shooting more if it is just me and him.

Make sure they drink plenty of juice and get a snack first.
Oh yeah and the job has to get done after the homework and before 7:30pm, it's a school night! Anything less would just be poor parenting.

Momma, Little Byte and Opie011 and His Father and I went shooting today above Evergreen.
WHAT A BLAST! no pun intended.
Little Byte was calm enough to actually take a lesson with Opie's Walther P22.
Starting him at 30 Months (2-1/2 years)
Daddy still holds The Pistol with him.. something about range commands falling on deaf ears.
I know Daddy has problems with range commands too
