coyote and ice fishing

Everytime I go ice fishing, I see coyotes, what are the legalities of shooting a coyote on a frozen resivior? Are there any?

all around colorado. Last year at the end of most clear days, I could have bagged 1-2 yotes with little effort, and for the most part, the ice is clear of people. A few huts, but all close to shore That is the only issue that I see, is the being aware of your back stop, bullets go along way quick like.

I believe that there are limitations on shooting near, toward, and across water ways. Still might be able to legally pull it off though.

I've sitting on the ice more than once in state parks while the Geese are flying over head and I would like to find some lakes in some what close northern Co. like Windser, Longmont area that I can sit there and ice fish and when the Geese are over head Blast the crap out of them!![Tooth]

Any idea's anyone??? [Help]

I have been ice fishing on private pond and had my 10 ga right next to me chatch a fish blast a goose was lodes of fun but not sure about teh legalitys i did not even think about it til now since to me i did not think of it as water... oops my bad i will have to look into this
