Anyone built an UZI with these recievers? Is a COMPLETE parts kit available? I realize the trigger group will need to be modified so it cannot select to full auto. What else is needed to be done?

Dont do it. You'll have over $1k in the build. It's cheaper to just buy a complete one. None of the FA parts kit will work with a semi build. You can pick up a Century or Norinco in the $650 range, or spend $1k on the IMI with a few other options in between.

MX'r has it right. It is not worth the time nor cost. Although I have not done it myself I have done considerable homework on what is involved as a couple of folks have asked me to do it. The bolt has to be changed as does the majority of fire control parts. Those parts are pricey and I figured about 10 hours of labor @ 65.00 per including finishing. Labor cost alone justifies finding a complete Vector or similar.

i have also looked into building an uzi and the only way it would be worth it would be if a guy has the equepment (mill and possibly a lathe as well) to modify and make his own semi parts. i would consider a semi uzi build (with doing your own aproved semi converson) to be a pretty advanced build.
