Price is right, but no idea of the quality. Anyone tried one?

They'd probably work fine for use going to and from the range, but they're not going to be the same quality as a 5-11 bag, or something from Tactical Tailor but then, they're a third of the price.

Pretty sure those are Voodoo Tactical soft cases. Everyone that has ordered one says they come with a voodoo tag on it.

Good to know. Thats what I was wondering about as they look like Voodoo stuff.

I have Galati and Blackhawk currently. If they are comparable to them and not, say, Uncle Mikes, they'll do for my purposes.

Thanks.

I don't have a backpack case or anything like that, but I got one of these for christmas.

It works for me, but I'm not one of those that needs everything "tacticool" and ready for the downfall of society. It works great for my ARs, there are tabs on the inside that you can strap your rifles to and keep them secure. Works great for me when I transfer guns here and there (range, camping, etc). Holds 6 mags (wish it held more though) has a very large pocket (30" long or so) that can hold everything else I need (including more mags).

Arent those the ones they sell at Jax?

Yes, they are.

I bought a VooDoo case from Jax @ the International Sportsmans Expo last week. I just looked at the tags on the bag and it had the "Mil-Specâ„¢ Plus 46" Tactical Gun Case" term on the label. (Only paid $50 for it at the show - versus the $69.97 that Sportsmans Guide wants for the same size). I would have bought a 42" bag if they had had any.

Do these have the higher density foam of that stuff you can pinch with your fingers and collapse it together?

Just picked up the 42" 2 rifle Voodoo case and used it today, Have to say I am fond of it so far. Plenty of room for what I need and it seems well laid out. For the cost its hard to beat. It doesn't seem like its going to fall apart anytime soon and I had 20 pounds of rifle and about the same in ammo in it today and it worked great. Haven't torture tested it or any of that, but for a gun case for $50 bucks, I am very happy with it, especially as mine holds two long arms. Also the padding between the two rifles in full length, my friend has one of the high end ones that does not have this, seems like a really nice touch.

I have one and trust my can, ar, scope in it, plus carry at least 4 extra mags if not 6. nice case.

I've used my Voodoo case for a couple years now. It's pretty handy as a range bag, and it hasn't developed any wear or tear. It's got too many straps and velcro things attached to get into the case quickly, but that's fine. It feels like it gives decent protection to a rifle as long as you're using a reasonable standard of care.

It's pretty stiff foam, not rock hard or anything, but not soft like a couch cushion.

Voodoo Tactical has a good bag. The only problem I have is the zipper for the internal storage area didn't last too long so now it's just a 12" open pocket. The rest of the bag is holding up great.
