Went down to visit my folks (La Junta), and as always had to do some shooting. Shot my new to me AK for the first time, and I must say i'm quite happy (thanks brokenscout). Only put 120 rounds through her (all I had, I need to start stocking up), and not one hicup (of course it's an AK). It does have some trigger slap something fierce, but a Tapco trigger will be in the near future for that. From all the negative things I hear about their accuracy, i'm very impressed, I was able to consistently hit clay pigeons at 100 yards standing, that's good enough for me.

I also finished sighting in my Aimpoint CompM3 2moa, on my BCM and i'm VERY happy with that as well, much better than my last optic an Eotech, there was just too much going on with the 65moa ring. When it was all said and done, I hit an egg, bench rest at 100 yards, also good enough for me (love that 2moa).

My wonderful Girlfriend was kind enough to discretely take some photos of me having fun. Like a kid in a candy store, many of them are repeats but here they are:

Photos were only from a 5mp droid, so they aren't quite as good as they probably could be.

I can fix that dreaded trigger slap for you and or I do have a NIB G2 double hook FCG if you are interested.

I'd love to take that G2 trigger off of your hands, but mine is a single hook.

Me too! I usse them on all my Ak's. As far as your Romy, nothing a dremel won't fix lol! You can use either if you receiver is not cut to accept a double hook it can be done with a dremel and take 5 minutes.

Here is a pic of the difference between a receiver that accepts a single hook or double hook trigger. It is just a matter of notching the receiver to accept a double hook. Easily done with a dremel and or file.
