Just got back from their new shop. Chris is a great guy to deal with and has great prices.
It is, however, dangerous for him being so close to Lakewood (spent $900 on parts) He opened at 0900 and had ten or twelve guys waiting outside chanting "open, open, open". Well, me at least.:D

He's in the strip mall on the soutwest corner of 38th & Kipling. I didn't pick up one of his flyers since I didn't need anything on it. The only thing I can recall is RRA stripped lowers at $99. He has a fairly decent selection of handguns but I didn't look at prices.

I'll give you a data point for your "R"---make 'em big.

I just went to Eagle's website and they are indicating that they are pretty much out of lowers, either Stag or RRA. I remember when the Stag stripped lowers were $80 for 3 or more in December. I waited for the store to open so I could avoid a transfer fee, and the price went up to $90 for 3 or more before the store opened. That's an 11% increase. The EOTech optic I was looking into also went up about $30.

Now that I'm interested in ARs, the prices seem to be escalating at a high enough rate I may not be able to hold that interest. The increase in ammo prices this year has me regaining interest in reloading and shooting/acquiring more .22s.

Wow, they must have sold a bunch since I was there. I saw two large boxes (approx. 18X18X18") of stripped lowers sitting on the floor behind the counter. Don't know if they were RRA or Stag though. I did hear Chris say they were out of complete lowers.

Yep. The only lowers they show in stock are the 6.8 SPC marked lowers. I guess they aren't over-priced then, huh?;)

I bought a Knight 600 buis and told the guy they were "out of stock" on the web site. He said "yeah" thanks for reminding him, the web site inventory is not up to date. I'd call on anything you really want. They might have it, notwithstanding what the web site says.

I stopped in again yesterday. Chris said that he listed stripped lowers as out of stock because he wanted to save some for the store. He said he'd update the website.

I guess Chris is doin' a bit of business, huh? Good for him! 8)

It would be cool to have the ability to buy the parts I want from the website and have the order ready for pickup at the store.

Next time you're up there, tell him we'll give him his own forum here if he wants one.

My last Stag lower came from them. My next one will too.

Give him a call and let him know about the forum. I went by today and Chris is a great guy. I bought an entire Stag lower unassembled. They were totally out of RRA lowers. They have a small assortment of pistols, but Chris said he can get a lot of other pistols next day if you want one. He had some S&W, Taurus, Glock, HK, Sig, and Springfield Armory.

Stopped by today, not a bad little place. Got Myself a hogue grip and a sling for My M4gery :D . Talked to Chris a little about the site, wasn't a long conversation, He was feeling a little under the weather, stomach virus.

Said He would be interested but might not have the time for it for a few weeks. was afraid that if He didn't answer questions right away We might have ill will towards Him. I told him not to worry about it, it's not like the rest of the guys were hanging around the computer waiting to answer questions.

Also said that it was the third time this week that the site was mentioned to Him, So whoever else did, Thank You. :D

So, Chief, If you want to send Him an email and discuss anything with Him go for it.

I went back by today to get a roll-pin punch set and one of those new out-of-box ARMS BUIS and mentioned the site to him. Chris told me I was the second person to mention the site (He said a police officer from Clear Creek County mentioned the site yesterday). He was concerned about having something else to divide up his time and I can surely sympathize with him. He's probably buried right now trying to get the store up and running and keep up with his Internet business.

ETA: Now I've finished the lower and that was way too easy. This hobby is dangerous for my wallet.
