They run a couple a week at Whistling Pines Gun Club over by Peterson AFB.

Plenty of choices, here's a few for you to start with:
http://www.whistlingpinesgunclub.com/wpgccurriculum.asp
http://paradisefirearms.com/paradise/training/training.html
http://personaldefenseinstitute.org/index.html
http://orograndetraining.wordpress.com (http://orograndetraining.wordpress.com/)
http://www.wagontrailsranch.com/Basic_Pistol_Classes.html
http://orograndetraining.wordpress.com/available-courses/
http://www.pucciassociates.com/fppins.php

They vary by location and cost of course. My experience is:
I'm a member at Whistling Pines, and I've seen how one of their instructors teaches a new shooter class, and I liked the style.
I've liked everyone behind the counter at Paradise, always had a good shopping experience there, but haven't taken any training.
I took my class from Personal Defense Institute, nice and inexpensive, and covered what I would want for a standard CWP course. I think you just missed their latest class, and the next one is in two weeks, Thursday night.

Hope this helps...

+1 from me on PDI. Good class if you're already an experienced shooter.
