I couldn't find a list going, so I'm going to start one. Post up if you know a dealer in state and what they charge to transfer Class 3 items.

I went with AJ at Bighorn Arms. http://www.bighornarms.com/. I paid $50, but was referred to him by a friend, I'm not sure if that is his standard rate or not. Real easy guy to deal with. I highly recommend them. They also make custom actions and I got a tour of their machine shop... really cool.

Iron Ridge Arms - Longmont; fee: $125 (not sure on this, so call them)

5280 Armory - Arvada; fee: unknown (They've been class 3 for around a year, so I imagine they would do transfers)
