He's got no basis for a suit. If I had done something so blatantly negligent, I'd want to go find a rock to crawl under, not continue to publicize my mistake by suing someone.


He's damn lucky he didn't get charged with reckless endangerment, discharging a firearm in city limits, and criminal stupidity. Looks to me like he needs remedial training in gun safety, because that pistol didn't jump up and fire itself....
