Sorry on my android at lunch here and this pissed me off.

http://www.newser.com/story/110877/nyc-probes-arizona-gun-show.html

This guy is the mayor of New York and has no business doing this. Is this not crime what he and staff have done. What an overstep of power. What about his cesspool of a city. The murder rate in NY city alone is twice that for the whole state of Arizona. If it is crime he and his team should be held accountable. I am sick of liberals and east coast people meddleing in everything. Anyways thanks sorry about the grammer cell phones for me don't help me with that.

Yeah I just saw this too. Its rediculous.

Newsflash, Bloomberg. We already have laws against that. If private sellers sold guns knowingly to felons, they should be prosecuted. Done.

I caught this too and yes, the seller has full culpability in this case especially given the fact that Bloominidiots plant told him he would not pass a BG check.
Bloominidiot needs to clean his own toilet of a city before he would gain any real credibility but the Libtards lap up his sewage with gusto.

And to think- our Governor is right in line for a big heaping glass of it.

Great..................................

So let me get this straight.

The state of Arizona has no right to write laws regarding immigration from foreign countries onto its own soil, but the Mayor of a city in another state (2400 miles away) has the right to police gun shows there?

Charge Bloomy with a felony under 39 USC 922 straw purchase and interstate sales sections. Conspiracy to commit a federal felony. And being an idiot.

I think the prick needs to spend a little more time trying to fix that clusterfuck of a city he is running into the ground. What a fucking moron. It would break my heart to see he was mugged and clubbed like a seal in his oh so wonderous city he cares so little for.

Another poorly written non news story.

The shows are exempt from background checks but dealers are barred from selling weapons to anybody they believe is prohibited from buying them.

The author of the article appears to be well versed in obfuscation. Dealers are not exempt from background checks even at gun shows. The way it is written leads people to understand that there is no regulation at gun shows. After reading article after article of misinformation it's no wonder the general public begins to support so called "common sense" laws to supplant already adequate regs.

Bloomberg has been doing this for years.

WTF. My question is how many sellers after he said probably wont pass background check backed out like most people would. Of course they wont show those clips.
Crap like this pisses me off. Who the hell takes advantage of a situation people that lost their life by a deranged individual that would have acquired the firearm regardless if he would have passed a back ground check.
Why do politicians feel that their personal views must be pushed onto the rest of the nation? Oh look at me I have millions of dollars that I can throw around lets collect a bunch of other extreme upper class people that dont like this one particular thing and manipulate any data available to make it look like this is the equivalent of the Super Devil and his adultery committing marmalade. It does not matter what they don't agree with be it High capacity magazines onb a national level, or something so trivial as the color of your flag stone in your subdivision. Someone in power will make it so that their view is the only view.

/rant done I am going to reload some ammo I lost like 330 rds loaded in magazines during a recent snowmobile accident involving a deep lake and not enough speed

Marching orders from on high to go after Joe Arpaio. It's not much different from coordinated efforts against Palin for instance. With the liberals, the easiest thing to see is who they're afraid of.

He tried this shit in WV. We passed a law last year with severe penalties for any out of state person attempting to hoodwink any WV resident relating to firearms transfers. It's a good law and that pile of Obama hasn't been back.

So we have an elected Government official mis-appropriating City funds for non-City business.
NY State Felony # 1
He directed non-residents of Arizona to attempt to purchase a handgun
for other than themselves.
Federal Felony #1 and #2 and very likely State #2 and 3
He instructed these individuals to knowingly provide false information as it pertains to a firearm purchase.
Federal Felony #3 and likely State Felony #4
He conspired with others across state lines to perform this illegal act.
Federal Felony # 4

Will one of you New York members file charges against this elitist P.O.S. please?

This is the kind of thing that the ATF should be prosecuting people for. Of course they won't do a damn thing.

So instead of just bitching about it, folks should send complaints into Congress and the ATF demanding they investigate Bloomberg for violations of 18 U.S.C. 922(a)(3) and (5), 922(b)(3), 27 CFR 478.29 and 478.30 (per ATF's website). Write to all the NY newspapers asking why he's spending NYC funds on an interstate investigation outside his jurisdiction instead of solving problems "at home". Put HIM on the defensive.

didn't you know that all the lefties are in charge and they can do what they want.

since when do our rules apply to them.

from the health care bill that violates the constitution on so many levels on down. to the czars that don't have to get the peoples permission to set policy and regulations, to this d..kh..d who thinks he can regulate gun rights outside his jurisdiction. they ignore the constitution at every level

my wife and i have been studying our history and constitional laws, (brushing up on an education that is 25 years stale) States like AZ are well within their rights with the things they are doing. the federal govt was never meant to operate as it is.

you should check out a book we read (listened to) on our way to disney this christmas, politically incorrect guide to the constitution and the same to american history, quick read informative.

the federal govt has been slowing overstepping the bounds of states rights for decades. not prosecuting this guy would just be an extension of that.

and bloomberg is one of there top prioritys
if hes allowed to get away with it then it would mean mayors from other states can dictate other state/city policys
he should get hit by a an illegal immigrant driving a gypsy cab that he funded!!
