So wait a second here...

Nowhere in that article did I read that it was the Guns Fault, or how it was brought on by and "Extended Clip", or a "Barrel Shroud".

I am Disoriented and confused that they are actually placing the fault on the FBI and the Shooter.

Logic in a crisis assessment...
