I think someone here has one but I cant find any posts on it.
If you have one what do you think off it?
I have the 642 right now and I believe the 340PD is the exact same size but in 357 and I am looking at it to replace my 642. So I am searching for reviews.

   aka Hand Cannon Junior. You can try mine if you ever bother to show up to a shoot again. :P Reviews? Ask Ryan, Marlin, many others. IT'S A FU@&IN' CANNON!!! I even quit carrying magnum loads in it (yeah right  ). But seriously, it kicks. I love it. Karl.
Depends on Your defintion of "cannon"
I liked it though, if I get back to working consistantly, I'd like to get one.

Last shoot I was at I think you had problems with the little ricer you drive so I missed ya then. But the next north shoot I would like to make and try it out if I could.
As long as I dont have the painting lined up for my mustang by then.
I carry the 340sc as my B.U.G. I think it's exactly the same except for color. I like mine a lot. Sure it kicks, but you just need to go shoot a 329PD (scandium .44mag) to get calibrated. That sucker is absolutely the least fun-to-shoot gun I've ever handled. The 340's are a piece of cake compared to it.
I'd buy it again in a second.

I have a 340PD and it's my primary carry gun when I'm home in CO. I carry +P defensive loads in it. It is quite a handful with .357mags but the first shot always goes where I point it. The issue is getting the second shot off quick with magnum loads. With +P it's still not fun to shot 50 at a time, but 3 or 4 cylinders full are no problem.
But it weights nothing! You can pocket carry in a light jacket and it doesn't pull it down. In my Sig CCW leather jacket you don't even know its there. I also have a dragonhide (I think that's what it's called) pocket sleve and it carries in a jeans front pocket easily. Most of the time I'm carrying it in a C-TAC paddle or a leather hip holster.
I love mine.
