New XD45 ACP Owner

Just picked up an XD45 ACP Service model today. $497 out the door, $475 pre tax. Nice pistol for the money. Now I have to save up for the ammo. Anyone feed Wolf in their XD45 with any problems?

Yes, it comes with the holster, mag holders, and the mag loader. The Springfield promotional kit comes with all the XDs at the momment 9mm etc. I don't know how long the promotion will last. Nice deal. The added bonus for me was that my new XD45 fits all my favorite holsters from my XD9!!

bbadmin, no it's a doublestack (13+1 IIRC) but they did some serious tweaking on the mags and frame to make it all the same external size (minus a few extra mm in length for the grip) as the 9mm and .40 and all the other XDs.

Cheapo, You gonna be at the next north shoot? I really like my wife's XD9 and the g21 I have is a little on the big side for me (not unmanageable, but I'm more accurate with the XD than the g21).

I will probably try out the XD45 at the IDPA shoot at Clear Creek on Saturday since I was able to get ahold of 2 extra mags (4 total now,and not easy to find). I will try and make it out to the next northern shoot.
