Hey all - got directed to sight by a member buying something. I like the boards, not as pretentious as others.
The wait for some warmer weather is painful, but worth it.

Welcome. Ya, might want to change the location from undisclosed to Kiowa. As the linked thread shows, this is per the HMFIC of the board. It just makes things easier as the mass majority of us are in CO, it eases issues in the for sales threads. It's no big deal anyway. A curious 15 year old can find you through the Internet now a days.

Welcome.
Yup, just sent you a PM about the location thing. Need to attend to that ASAP before we have to start getting pretentious like the other sites. [Tooth]
Hope to see you active across the site.

That's what I love the most about this site versus other firearms forums I've been a member of... I can always feel free to ask a question about something I'm totally ignorant about without expecting to get flamed for it.
Lots of great folks on this site with some *interesting* personalities. We've got a lot of really knowledgable folks here and most everybody here is always happy to share information with other members.
Watch out for Irving though - if he starts sniffing your hand he may follow it up by lifting his leg on you.[Tooth]

Me, too. Of course, Fondis Firearms happens to be my wife. . .

Fondis and Tweety - does anyone in the area get together to have a fun shoot? Looking to get the wife out too and for her to shoot with some other women that actually know how to shoot and operate a gun indpendently and knowledgeably. Although she has shot a fair bit and understands the business end of things, the other women she has shot with know virtually nothing and she doesn't have alot of fun.
Being in the county I presume most of us here have our own land to shoot upon. I do if that helps out. Perhaps those of us in the County could get together at Patti Ann's and introduce ourselves. Always nice to know someone out here.
