Looking for beginner Mil Dot/MOA training?

I would like to learn more about the scope on my AR-15, its a Millet Mil Dot 4-16X56 Model BK30735. Does anyone put on a class or know of a class that beginners like me can go to? I have it sighted in at 100 yards and that's about how far I have gotten. I have watched a few You Tube videos, but would like some hands on training. I would be willing to pay for the help.
