The coyotes just started yordaling. I haven't heard that for a few months. Is spring around the corner?

something- Wife said the dogs just chased one off today that was within a few hundred feet of the house, in broad daylight...

My neighbors cat tangled with one last night. She threw some lawn furniture at it to run it off. This is just west of Evans Avenue and Santa Fe Drive. I'm just glad it wasn't a skunk.

That's one strong cat! [Coffee]

Most of the time we hear them at tree line (about 100yds). Last night some were much closer.

Got asked by a co-worker today what the best gun would be for coyotes ("Is a .22 good enough" [Tooth] ).

He's had them coming with 50 ft. of his house. He lives just East of the Springs (officially "rural" El Paso County).

My Dad told stories, (with Moms confirmation.) that He dropped them with a .22. I have the gun He used.
